Day 2

I just walked in the door from a long, long day.

Today I had my first test of the semester, it was for my Managerial Accounting class, I think I did good but I won't sing victory until I know my exact grade. It took me almost a whole week to finish studying for this test when I would've normally just taken one or two days, but I guess with a child its to be expected.

Today also was Ethan's six month well visit. He weighed in at 18lbs 3oz and is 27 1/2 inches tall. I can't believe he is six months old, where has the time gone?? He also got a shot today which he didn't even notice they did because I was holding him and telling him a story while the nurse gave him the shot.

I also went grocery shopping which was long overdue. I am trying to eat somewhat healthy because I want to lose more of my baby weight. Sigh.

Here are some pictures I took of what my dining room table looks like when I'm in study mode, of Ethan after coming back from a walk with his Aunt Jamie, and when he was eating some bread while Daisy (my dog) was harassing him. It was so amusing I let her take his bread. I know, I'm a horrible mother.

Determined to start

Hey there everyone,
I've been wanting to start this blog since Ethan was born, but I'm kind of blogging illiterate so I've been kind of nervous to do so, especially will all the endless designing possibilities and what not. I have contemplated what I wanted my blog to be about, whether just Ethan, my day to day experience as a mother and wife, or just random thoughts. I have decided that I am going to try, key word TRY to post a daily picture of either Ethan or something very exciting that happened that day. I hope I come up with some interesting things so I do not bore anyone.

I know I didn't start on January 1st with pictures, but I still will provide you with a year worth of pictures starting today:) If you have any suggestions on what I should talk about, any ways to make my blog nicer PLEASE go ahead.

We took Ethan to the Miami Children's Museum. He played with a couple of things, but it was mostly for us to have something to do today.
